How does it work?
You've tried 46 pillows that promised you the world. You've tested even more sleeping positions, because your sleep apnea CPAP mask keeps slipping off.
You are right to be hesitant about this one - and we can't promise it will work for you.
What we can say though, is that it has worked for many sleep apnea sufferers - helping the mask stay on and the breathing improve.
So, how is this pillow different?
- We won't promise - in the UK, you have a 44 night trial. Try it for yourself!
- It comes in four different sizes
- It's actually supportive.
- It helps you stay on your side and your mask stay on your face.
How do you get started?
Step 1: Find your pillow size
Much like CPAP masks, pillows come in different sizes to suit your size and shape.
When it comes to sleep apnea though, our method will only work if you transition to side sleeping. Back sleeping is banned because it's the worst for you (the force of gravity leads to narrowing the airway) and stomach sleeping is banned in general - sorry!
We know that you might have previously found it tough to keep your mask on while sleeping on the side. Worry not - with an actually supportive pillow, all you need to do is sleep close to the edge of it to solve the issue.
Step 2: Optimise your sleeping position
Good sleep posture is the basis we'll build on - you can start trying it today.
Combine the optimised posture with your new pillow that is made to actually support your head and neck, and you might level up your sleep.
You can achieve good sleep posture by becoming a Dreamer.
Here’s how:

- Transition to sleeping on your side (either one is fine – we recommend alternating). Don't be scared of it - sufferers tell us that the mask stays in place safely, although to be sure of it, we do recommend sleeping on the edge of the pillow.
- Select the right pillow height for you (you've done this already, woohoo!)
- Stick your old pillow between your knees and ankles. This will help your hips remain neutral and help you achieve the optimum sleep posture
Now you've got your pillow size and sleeping position sorted... Get your pillow.

What's the magic material?
Aren't we glad you asked! The material that helps us achieve just *the right* properties for sleep apnea is our very own, patented Levitex foam.
It's medium firm in feel and is designed to provide equal parts of postural management, pressure relief and proprioceptive feedback. The benefit for sleep apnea is an added cherry on top that we discovered based on customer feedback after we've launched!
FAQs
Why does pillow size matter?
Because we're looking to fill the space between your head and the bed properly. Get a size too small, and your head will drop in. Size too big, and you'll feel like you're sleeping on a step. To be just right for sleep apnea, we need to ensure that you're perfectly neutral - and the pillow height needed for this will be different for someone who's 6'2" vs someone who's 5'1".
What if I'm a back or stomach sleeper?
We will need you to transition to the Dreamer side sleeping position, with an old pillow between your knees and ankles. This position is the only one that gives the pillow a chance to work for you.
We understand that you might have transitioned to back sleeping to keep your CPAP in place previously - but we promise side sleeping is not only possible, but also the best possible position for both your spine and your sleep apnea.
What if it doesn't work for me?
We have a 44 night trial and free returns in mainland UK - ensuring you can try out the pillow and make sure it does indeed work for your sleep apnea.
Is this different to your original pillow?
No - our pillow just has so many benefits, including being highly praised by sufferers, that we couldn't fit them all on one page.
